In-Store Pick up
We offer in-store pick up for our local Victoria customers. We would be happy to put together your Oh Sugar order and have it waiting for you at the counter. We also offer local delivery to your home for orders over $30 within a 15 km radius.
Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. Our website displays an estimated delivery date on all products along with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Sorry, these dates are NOT guaranteed and exclude time delays due to natural disasters.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
We only ship to Canada and the US at the moment. We use Canada Post ground service. We only ship orders to a physical location and one address In the event of your order is damaged or lost during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. If you refuse your order from Oh Sugar, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, and taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package.
Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
Oh Sugar processes and ships orders as quickly as possible, please keep the following in mind:
- Oh Sugar orders are shipped from Victoria, BC, Canada. For US customers, please note that any customs or duty charges will be your responsibility.
- Orders received Friday through Sunday or on a statutory holiday will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
- All orders ship via Canada Post for Canada orders, and Canada Post hands over to USPS for US orders. We are not able to attach special shipping instructions to packages. We recommend you use Address Line 2 for any special instructions if required.
- While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of all shipments, Oh Sugar is not responsible for delivery delays, damages or non-delivery caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions, natural disasters or other acts of god.
- Due to the perishable nature of our sweet treats, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes
- If there are issues with any of your selections, we will contact you immediately to let you know, and arrange an alternate selection if possible. At our discretion, we may also remove an out of stock item from your order to prevent delays in shipping. If an item in your order is unable to be fulfilled, you will not be charged for it
Extra Care Policy
We take extra steps to guarantee your sweets arrive in a manner that will ensure food safety and preserve quality. During the warmer months, May-September, orders containing chocolate will be insulated and packaged with ice packs at no extra charge. If you have received melted or damaged product please let us know by taking a picture and contacting Oh Sugar within 24 hours of receiving your package at email@example.com.
For orders with multiple candy types, we package each candy separately, but cannot avoid cross contamination entirely as serving utensils (scoops, tongs) may come in contact with other candies.
Occasionally, we may need to contact you to verify order information, if our ecommerce solution deems the transaction to have a higher than normal risk rating (for instance: multiple failed attempts, incorrect billing info, etc.)
